Worked great, I tore the deltoid ligament in ankle, stem cell and PRP lasted about 4 years then the ankle went unstable. Within 2 days of BPC 157 pain gone, took it for 2 months and am at end of 1 month off. Pain is 1-2, does not wake me up and ankle feels very stable. Wife is now using for her knees.

First of all, it actually works!!! Spent a lot of money on various supplements that don’t! If you don’t see results in 3 to 4 days, I would be surprised. Will help repair leaky gut, your stomach, GI Tract/bowels will thank you. By the 3rd day your BM’s should be getting regular and normal. By the 10th day, you will be noticing other benefits, like healthier skin. Cycle them, say 600 a day (2 in the morning, 2 after lunch, and 2 at night) for 10 days. Then 10 days or two weeks of and do it 1 more time. You should have a clean diet and not taking antibiotics. Hopefully you take an excellent pre & probiotic to compliment the overall healing process.

I noticed that certain joint discomfort was somewhat relieved after using BPC-157 for one month. I skipped a month and will use it for one more to see if there are further benefits. I like the fact that the product is sublingual and I let the tablet slowly dissolve for best absorption.

Unfortunately this is one of those products where its very hard ot sway clearly whether it delivered. BPS-157 is supposed to help improve healing. Its not a magic wand. everyone's different. Healing long standing injuries in older people (like me) is tough. Blah, blah, blah. Here's what i can say. It comes promptly. It is consistent. I have had no adverse side effects. I think i have improved slightly, but its hard to measure and my injured back is far from "well". Yet i have fewer twinges, etc. Would another form (e.g.: injections) be superior? Maybe. But it seems to be what it says and in the murky world of supplements that's saying something.

I have severe IBS/Crohns, I did my own research and found out that sublingual bpc-157 might help. I took 2 in the am and 2 at night for 2 months and it took care of some symptoms. My pain went from a 10 (highest) to a 4! I am now able to tolerate food a little better! I do believe that in order to fully get rid of, you might need about 3-4 months on this, daily! Overall it’s amazing! But one box will only last me 2 weeks. Wish it had a bit more for the price but that’s just me. Maybe some ppl can get away with 2 pills daily.

You can actually note positive effects of using it on the 3 rd day. You start being regular with ideal bowel movements. For women, after one regiment or box, they’ve noticed their face and other places wrinkles are less noticeable. Mary stated her crows feet were less and her skin was plumper/fuller. I’m a guy, haven’t really noticed that, because I’m not looking for that. Certainly helps with leaky gut!

I ordered ABCP-157 for my wife after she had ACL surgery. She started taking it 3 days after surgery and is 3 months out of surgery now. She is ahead 6 months in her rehab and is already back to drilling in jiu jitsu!
