Our zinc carnosine capsules are entirely vegetarian. Each one contains 37.5 mg of zinc L-carnosine. The best time to take zinc carnosine is after you have eaten a meal. We recommend adults to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night (1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner).
