Look...I had a "frozen shoulder", 2 torn tendons and 2 torn ligaments in my shoulder. I wanted to stay out of surgery and these conditions have opposite therapy plans so my acupuncturist suggested I try Epitalon. I have been treated by him for 30 yrs so I absolutely trust him. Well...let's just say not only did I stay out of surgery but almost immediately I noticed a difference in my eyesight and even more so in my arthritis. This stuff should literally be taken by everyone as it addresses anything in your body that is breaking down. It's absolute gold. Better than gold. frankly. I have researched extensively and have seen zero evidence of side effects or contraindications with other drugs/supplements with the exception of Melatonin and even that was just a suggestion they not be taken within 2 hrs of each other so as not to make them ineffective. I take one per day (and I do also take melatonin and just space them out). Pro Tip: Don't touch (they are sublingual and will lose potency if you touch them as they will start to dissolve) just pop one in cap and take directly in mouth and let dissolve under tongue. I just pray this stuff remains available and affordable.

I take this because my practitioner has prescribed it for me. It is very expensive for a small bottle of pills.
