Frequently asked questions

At Supersmart, product quality is our one of our absolute priorities. If you change your mind, or are not entirely satisfied with a product, you are free to return all or part of your order without restriction, within one year upon receipt. Depending on your request, we will replace the product(s) in your order, or we will credit your customer account with its purchase amount.

When we develop a product, neither the cost price nor the retail price enter the equation. We use the same ingredients as those validated in scientific studies, in the same forms, and at the same doses. We use delivery systems guaranteed to provide the highest bioavailability. We then apply profit margins in line with industry standards and never manipulate the retail price.

Our main distribution center is in Fort Lauderdale. Our administrative and customer service departments are based in Miami. This set-up guarantees us flexibility and reliability.

Don’t worry! We send status updates by email right after you placed an order, and we notify you as soon as it is on its way! You will simply have to click on the link that will take you to the tracking of your package on the website of the distribution platform that handles your order and that will keep you informed of its status.

If you cannot find our order confirmation and updates, you can check your spam emails, maybe they got lost there!

Our rule of thumb is no allergens, and the only exception is justified and flagged up. We use the minimum number of excipients, which are always listed in the ‘other ingredients’ section of our nutritional information. However, those excipients are entirely natural!

However, many food allergies actually concern very common products such as eggs, milk, shellfish, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews...), etc. That is why we systematically mention their presence in our supplements.

Creating a customer account on Supersmart’s website gives you multiple advantages! First, you can see your past and current orders; an asset if you want to keep track of your commands or if you want to buy something you already bought but cannot remember what it is. Note that you also have access to all your invoices.
