Our H. Pylori Advanced Formula is a specialized supplement crafted to help support gastrointestinal harmony.*
It is part of our Gastrointestinal Health supplement category.
This blend combines the Pylopass™ postbiotic innovation, 3 carefully-selected probiotics strains, as well as plant-based ingredients potentially used to promote digestive wellness, such as inulin and mastic gum.*
Science-Based Formula and Stomach Microbiota Balance*
This formula is designed to elevate our original H. Pylori supplement by incorporating complementary ingredients studied for their potential to help manage H. pylori and encourage a healthy gastric environment:*
- Pylopass™ DSM17648: a patented postbiotic derived from an inactivated probiotic strain of Lactobacillus reuteri, potentially shown in clinical studies to co-aggregate with H. pylori and attempt to reduce its ability to adhere to the gastric lining.*
- Lactobacillus acidophilus: this lactic acid bacteria, often present in fermented dairy products, might be known for its possible role in supporting gut flora.* It appears to have been studied for its potential ability to interfere with H. pylori adhesion to the gastric mucosa.* Other research may suggest that Lactobacillus acidophilus could also modulate the immune response as well as produce organic acids and other compounds that might play a role in limiting the growth of H. pylori.*
- Bifidobacterium bifidum: possibly known for contributing to a balanced microbiota, this strain seems to compete with H. pylori for adhesion sites by attaching to the lining of the stomach.* According to research, it may also support immune function.*
- Streptococcus thermophilus: this probiotic might produce exopolysaccharides that may bind to the gastric epithelium (the first layer of the gastric mucosa, which should come into contact with the contents of the stomach), potentially limiting H. pylori attachment.*
- Inulin: described as a natural prebiotic fiber found in various vegetables (chicory, artichoke, garlic, etc.) that may nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support digestive wellness.*
- Mastic gum: obtained from the mastic tree, this traditional vegetal resin may help – according to scientific literature – support microbial balance, restore the gastric epithelium, and maintain stomach lining integrity.*
What is H. Pylori?*
Helicobacter pylori is a spiral-shaped bacterium that may colonize the inner stomach lining.* It seems to have unique adaptive mechanisms to withstand acidic conditions, such as the production of an enzyme called urease, supposed to convert urea into ammonia, potentially helping to reduce stomach acidity.*
H. pylori seems to be highly prevalent worldwide – possibly found in about 50% of the global population.* Transmission appears to typically occur during childhood, probably via direct oral or gastric contact.*
Although it may remain symptomless for extended periods, it could also have a poor influence on individual digestive balance and overall gut environment.*
Potential Supplements to Take Alongside H. Pylori Advanced Formula*
To possibly further support stomach lining health, you can consider combining this formula with:*
- DGL 500: a deglycyrrhizinated licorice root supplement that may encourage mucus production and thus help maintain gastric comfort.*
- Zinc L-Carnosine: a mineral-peptide complex that might support antioxidant activity and cell integrity.*
- Super Curcuma: a turmeric extract that may be known for its bioavailability and traditional use in digestive support.*
