Creating a customer account on Supersmart’s website gives you multiple advantages!
First, you can see your past and current orders; an asset if you want to keep track of your orders, or if you want to buy something you already bought, but cannot remember what it is.
Note that you also have access to all your invoices.
You can create a customer account on us.SuperSmart.com to keep track of your previous orders and get advantages such as promotions or discounts.
But if you don’t want to, we don’t force you! You can simply place orders as a guest.
Our Loyalty Program rewards customers with permanent and growing discounts based on their cumulative order history. If you are an existing Loyalty Program member, your earned discount remains in place on every order.
The Loyalty Program will be closing on July 4th, 2026. At that point, your earned discount will be locked in at its current level, and it will no longer be possible to accumulate toward higher tiers.
Alongside this, we have upgraded our Subscribe & Save program, which now offers 15% off when you subscribe to 1 or 2 products and 20% off when your delivery includes 3 or more items, along with free shipping on every Subscribe & Save order.
If you are enrolled in both programs, you will automatically receive whichever discount is greater between the two on every order. Discounts do not combine.
