You will simply have to click on the link that will take you to the tracking of your package on the website of the distribution platform that handles your order and that will keep you informed of its status.
If you cannot find our order confirmation and updates, you can check your spam emails, maybe they got lost there!
Verify your order receipt in order to make sure the product is not on backorder. If a product is missing, you can check your email confirmation in case the different products you ordered were not delivered in the same package. If it is not, please contact us and we will reconcile your order.
