I take this with Pregnenolone daily, so 1x 50mg Pregnonolone with 2x of the 25mg 7-keto DHEA and 1x of this 100mg 7-Keto DHEA, all offered on Supersmart, and it's been the most effective subtle mood elevating supplement I've tried (aside from lions mane and the mushroom supplements).
