Subscribe and Save is set to one address per subscription, but you’re welcome to set up additional subscriptions for different locations.

Your payments are processed securely through our trusted providers, with no sensitive data stored on our servers, so you can subscribe confidently.

How to Subscribe and Save?

How do I start a subscription?

• Select "Subscribe & Save" on the product page.
• Choose your preferred quantity (up to 10 bottles) and delivery schedule (up to every 6 months).
• Manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime under "my account".
• We'll send you an email reminder before each delivery with details of your upcoming delivery date, delivery address, and payment method. If you wish to skip or adjust your delivery, the reminder will include the deadline for making changes.

How can I skip a delivery?

• Go to "my account" and select "manage subscriptions".
• Choose the item you'd like to skip and confirm.

How do I adjust delivery frequency or quantity?

• Go to "my account" and select "manage subscriptions".
• Adjust your quantity and delivery schedule as needed.

Why did my subscription price change?

Prices may vary over time. If the price changes, we’ll notify you in your delivery reminder email, allowing you to decide whether to keep, modify, or cancel the subscription.

How do I update my payment method?

• Go to "my account" and select "manage subscriptions".
• Update your payment method for all subscriptions under "change card information".

Welcome to SuperSmart’s Subscribe & Save program. These Terms outline your rights and obligations regarding the service.

Your use of our website is also subject to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies, which may be updated periodically.

By subscribing, you accept these Terms for yourself and any users of your account. Please ensure you read these Terms carefully before subscribing.

Subscription Benefits

The benefits outlined on this page are part of these Terms. SuperSmart reserves the right to modify Subscribe & Save benefits—including discount rates, eligible products, and qualification criteria—at its sole discretion and at any time. These changes may also affect existing subscriptions.

By subscribing to SuperSmart’s Subscribe & Save program, you currently receive an 8% discount on eligible products, ensuring a convenient and cost-effective way to replenish supplements on schedule.

Program Eligibility & Policies

Subscribe & Save is available to customers with shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. To enroll in Subscribe & Save, you must have an account.

Subscribe & Save program only applies to eligible products displaying the Subscribe & Save offer at the time of selection.

Each Subscribe & Save subscription is linked to a single shipping address. However, you may set up multiple subscriptions if you wish to have products delivered to different locations.

All Subscribe & Save orders are subject to SuperSmart’s standard return policy (please refer to section 3. Returns). The service is unavailable in regions where subscription programs are legally restricted.

Managing Your Subscribe & Save Subscription

Your Subscribe & Save orders will automatically renew at your selected frequency. Your subscription will remain active, and your payment method will be charged for each shipment unless you choose to cancel or skip your next delivery.

You can easily adjust delivery frequency, quantities, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your order ships via the manage subscriptions page.

• Discontinued Products: If a subscribed product is discontinued, you will receive an email notification, and the item will be automatically removed from your subscription.
• Price Changes: If a product price changes, you will be notified in advance and can decide whether to keep or remove the item from your subscription.
• Out of Stock Items: If an item is temporarily unavailable, your subscription will be paused and will automatically resume once it becomes available again.

Pricing & Payment

The price of a Subscribe & Save item is displayed on its product detail page. Your total order cost will be based on the item's price at the time of processing (which may vary) minus the Subscribe & Save discount, plus applicable taxes, shipping fees (please refer to section 2. Delivery). and other charges.

Subscribe & Save discounts cannot be combined with the 5% Newsletter discount or any other promotional codes. If a product is on promotion, you’ll automatically get the best price available—whether it's the promotional price or your subscription discount.

Each order will be charged on the shipping date to the payment method used when creating the subscription—unless you update it. Payments are securely processed through trusted providers, ensuring your sensitive information is never stored on our servers.

If you have any eligible credits in your SuperSmart account, they may be applied toward your order before charging the remaining balance to your payment method.

We reserve the right to adjust Subscribe & Save pricing at any time. Any pricing updates will be reflected on your Manage Your Deliveries page.

Additional Limitations

Your Subscribe & Save subscription is personal to you and cannot be transferred, assigned, or resold to any third party without our authorisation. We reserve the right to pause or skip your subscription shipments for one or more subscription periods. If a shipment is skipped, you will not be charged for that delivery.

Termination by SuperSmart

We reserve the right to terminate your Subscribe & Save subscription at our discretion and without prior notice. If termination occurs after you have been charged but before your order has shipped, your subscription will be canceled, and you will receive a refund for that billing period.

However, no refund will be issued if termination is due to a violation of these Terms, applicable laws, fraud, or misuse of the Subscribe & Save program, as determined at our sole discretion. Our failure to enforce strict compliance with these Terms does not waive our right to do so in the future.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms at any time. This includes any applicable terms, conditions, limitations, or requirements outlined on the SuperSmart website. Changes may be made without prior notice.

If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect. Your continued use of Subscribe & Save after any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cancel your subscription.
