In 1 capsule I get 45 ingredients eliminating the deed for many individual vitamin containers. I take 2 / day and expect it meets what I should take daily.
I buy this because it is a multivitamin eliminating having to buy individual ones. I can only asay there are no after effects and I'm healthy. Can't identify specific benefits. I'm hopeful I'm getting what I need. Rating product description, quality and value are not something I can compare.

At this time all I can say is I purchased it at a discount and it arrived as promised. I have no physical issues so don't need this to fix anything. It is a supplement and I may be able to make some assessment after a medical analysis of a future blood test.
I'm not sure of any results. I have not had a blood test since taking this product to see if it has done anything for me. I have no health issues I'm treating.
